Founding cohort closes August 14 · 10 / 4 / 1 seats per format

Live online · two hours · no code

Jobs get filled before they are posted. Deals get won before the prospect lands on anyone's list. Stories get published before the trend reaches the feed.

Everyone can see these openings. Almost no one reaches them in time. Agent Builder Sessions is a live two-hour build where you create an AI agent system on your own laptop. It reads your market every morning and flags the opening while it is still yours to take. Nothing it writes ever sends without you.

The signal is public. The arithmetic is what stops people.

The signal is public either way. A groundbreaking, a funding round, a new leader taking over, a permit filed. Every one sits in the news for weeks while everybody else waits for a posting or buys the same tired list.

People who win show up early. What stops the rest is arithmetic: reading your whole market every morning, finding the right name, and writing something that does not sound like a template is a full-time job on top of your job.

Three signals that expired in one market this month
  • A $398M convention hotel broke ground. Its leadership team gets decided long before a posting exists. Window: closing monthly.
  • A 148-room property opened. First-90-days vendor decisions are being made right now. Window: weeks.
  • A new general manager took over a flagship. New leaders answer cold notes in month one and stop answering in month three. Window: days.

Every one gets answered by somebody. Your system decides whether that somebody is you.

Most people still use these tools as a chat box, which answers questions you already thought to ask. An agent system asks the questions for you every morning and hands you the three worth your attention. So make it one, and give it to a team of AI agents that works while you sleep.

How it works

Two hours. Seventeen pastes. A running system before you log off.

You bring a laptop and the Claude Desktop app. We bring a handout where every block you need is numbered 1 through 17. You copy, you paste, Claude builds the files, and we explain what each piece does before you paste it. No code. Nothing typed into a terminal. You will not fill out a single form about yourself.

See the full hour-by-hour

Minutes 0 to 20. Setup and the ground rules.

App installed, folder created, first two blocks pasted. We cover the one rule the whole system is built around: it writes drafts and it never sends. You will see the exact line in the exact file where that rule lives.

Minutes 20 to 45. The system interviews you.

This is the part people remember. The system looks you up online, drafts your background or your offer or your beat, proposes the sources it thinks it should watch, and asks you to approve each piece. You correct it where it is wrong. Twenty minutes of conversation replaces an hour of forms.

Minutes 45 to 75. The specialists get built.

Blocks 6 through 13. One researcher reads your market. Another identifies the right person inside it. A writer drafts in your voice, and a ledger remembers everyone you have already contacted so nobody gets double-contacted. Each piece gets explained as a pattern, not as a magic recipe.

Minute 75. First real run.

Your market. Real sources. Today's news. The room goes quiet here, reliably.

Minutes 75 to 105. Reading the output and fixing it.

Results come back labeled. Confident findings look different from guesses, on purpose. We tune the voice until the drafts sound like you rather than like a robot that read a sales book.

Minutes 105 to 120. Schedule it and take it home.

Pick your mornings. Set the run. Walk out with the handout that reruns every step, the File Pack, and the recording.

The tracks

Same two hours. The five patterns never change. Pick what you want the system to find.

Track one

Find Your Next Job

Job-Search Agents

The system finds the opportunity before the announcement.

Who it's for, what it finds

Who it is for: Mid-career professionals in transition, changing industries, or quietly looking while employed. Built first for hospitality and used well beyond it.

What the system finds: Companies growing before they post roles. New properties, new funding, new leadership, new markets. Then the right person inside that company, an email address with an honest confidence label, and a draft that opens with their news and your proof rather than your résumé.

What you leave with
Show the list
  • A running system that reads your target market every weekday morning
  • A setup interview that researched you online and drafted your background for your approval
  • A separate events command that fills your calendar with the rooms worth being in
  • A prospect ledger, so you never contact the same person twice by accident
  • The handout, the File Pack, and the recording

Track two

Find Hidden Leads

Sales-Prospecting Agents

The system finds the company that is on nobody's list.

Who it's for, what it finds

Who it is for: Salespeople, fractional executives, consultants, and founders who sell into a defined territory and are tired of buying the same data everyone else buys.

What the system finds: Buying signals in your territory. Funding rounds, expansions, new locations, new decision makers, renovation announcements, contract expirations. Companies about to spend, months before a purchased list catches up to them. Outreach opens with their news and one proof point with a number in it. Never with your product.

What you leave with
Show the list
  • A running system that watches your territory every weekday morning
  • A setup interview that profiles your offer and defines your target customer with you
  • An events command that finds where your buyers actually gather
  • A prospect ledger that keeps your pipeline clean and your team from stepping on each other
  • The handout, the File Pack, and the recording

Track three

Find Your Next Story

Story-Scout Agents

The system finds the story in your beat before the feed catches it.

Who it's for, what it finds

Who it is for: Marketers, consultants, and agency owners who have to publish every week and are running out of things to say. Anyone whose pipeline depends on being visible.

What the system finds: The developing story in your beat. Data drops, filings, moves, contrarian angles, and the thing three people mentioned this week that nobody has written about yet. It comes back with the angle, the supporting facts, the sources, and a draft in your voice.

What you leave with
Show the list
  • A running system that reads your beat every weekday morning
  • A setup interview that studies your existing writing and captures how you actually sound
  • An angle queue, so you are never starting from a blank page on a Monday
  • A source ledger that keeps you from repeating yourself or citing the same well twice
  • The handout, the File Pack, and the recording

The system is what you take home. Patterns are what you keep.

Every agent system worth running is built from five pieces. We name them out loud and teach each one as you build it, so what you learn here builds your next system too.

Memory · Specialists · Recipes · Conductor · Ledger

What each one does

Memory

What the system knows about you and remembers between runs. Your background, your offer, your voice, your rules. Written in plain language in a file you can open and edit.

Specialists

One agent per job: a researcher researches, a writer writes, a finder finds. Narrow agents outperform one general agent by a wide margin, every time. Most people get this pattern wrong first.

Recipes

The repeatable procedure a specialist follows. Written once, followed identically on run 4 and run 400. Recipes are why the output does not drift.

Conductor

The piece that decides which specialist runs, in what order, with what handed between them. Your morning command talks to the conductor and nothing else.

Ledger

The running record of what was found, who was contacted, what was sent, and what came back. Without a ledger you contact the same person three times and never know which angle worked.

Learn these five and you can build a system for hiring, for compliance monitoring, for competitive tracking, for renewal watching, for anything that follows the same shape. Different sources, same architecture.

Square graphic naming the five agent-system patterns: Memory, Specialists, Recipes, Conductor, and Ledger.

Pricing

Three formats. Every step up buys a different deliverable.

Room size is not the product. What changes between tiers is how much of the two hours is aimed at your specific search, your specific pipeline, or your specific beat.

The system runs by the end of the session, or the seat is free.

Pick your track

The Build-Along

1:10 · a live lecture. Join with your camera on or off.

You leave with it running.

What is included

The complete build, taught live, start to finish. Ten people, one screen shared, seventeen numbered blocks. Included: the handout that reruns every step on your own, the full File Pack, and the session recording.

The system runs on your machine by the end of the two hours. We verify it before you leave.

Sells out first

The Cohort

1:4 · a small room. Different needs met, with special attention and some personalization.

You leave with it running right, tuned to you.

What the small room adds

Everything in the Build-Along, and then three things the larger room cannot give you:

  • Your setup interview reviewed live. I read what the system drafted about you and tell you what to change before it hardens into every message you send.
  • Your first drafts critiqued in the room. Out loud, on your actual output, until they sound like you instead of like a template.
  • Two weeks of async email support. The window where a system either becomes a habit or becomes a folder you never open. My inbox is open for that window.

Four screens is the honest limit of what I can watch at once. That is why the cap is four.

The Working Session

1:1 · personalized. We share each other's screens and talk through your issues live.

You leave with live output, not homework.

What the private room adds

Two hours where nothing is generic. Built on your real search, your real pipeline, or your real beat, with your actual sources and your actual targets.

  • Your first message or first piece shipped together, in session. Written, reviewed, and out the door before we hang up.
  • One custom skill built for your niche. Something the standard File Pack does not do, built for the way your market actually works.
  • A week-two tune-up call. Seven real mornings of output, reviewed together, adjusted.

One slot per week per track exists, which is twelve per month across all three tracks.

The founding cohort closes August 14

Founding sessions run July 31 through August 14. September costs the same. Founding buyers also leave with the recording, the full File Pack, thirty days of email access, and a custom skill for their niche at Cohort and above on the Sales and Story tracks. In exchange: a short testimonial once your system has run a week, and five survey answers before you close your laptop. After August 14 the price holds and the extras stop. No extension, no reopening.

Content track sessions open in August. Job and Sales sessions run in founding week.

Results

What the system actually produced

The Savannah run, July 2026

In our demo market, the system surfaced a $398M convention hotel groundbreaking the week it happened. It found the operator, the executive responsible for the opening, labeled its email guesses honestly, and left a five-sentence draft in the folder: their news, one line of proof, one small ask.

See the draft it wrote
Subject: Your 444-room groundbreaking on the riverfront

Congratulations on breaking ground on the Signia. A convention hotel that size changes how the market competes for citywide events. Staffing it will start long before 2028...

The system tells you when it is guessing.

A derived email address comes back marked Low confidence and routed to LinkedIn rather than fired blind into a bounce. Most tools in this category hide their uncertainty. Ours labels it, which is the only version a skeptical buyer should accept.

Seventeen numbered pastes. First real search by minute 75.

Those numbers hold across every session we have run, including with people who had never opened Claude before that morning.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Do I need to pay for Claude?

Yes. A paid Claude plan is required, currently $20 a month for Claude Pro. That is real money and it is a real requirement, so here it is plainly rather than buried in a footnote. What you should weigh against it: after this session the plan stops being a subscription you forgot about and becomes the tool your system runs on every morning. Nearly everyone who finishes a session keeps it. If the $20 is genuinely the blocker, email me before you book and we will talk.

I have never used AI beyond a chat box. Can I do this?

Yes, and you are the person this was designed for. The session starts at downloading the app. Every block is numbered and every one gets explained before you paste it. If you can make a folder and copy and paste, you can complete every step. Our least technical participants have finished with a running system in the same two hours as everyone else.

Will this work in my industry?

Hospitality is where this was built and where the examples come from. The architecture cares about signals and sources, neither of which is industry-specific. During the setup interview the system researches your market, proposes the sources it thinks it should watch, and asks you to approve or replace them. Niche B2B, professional services, construction, healthcare, and local markets have all worked. In the Cohort and Working Session formats we tune your sources live.

What exactly do I leave with?

Four things. A working agent system on your own laptop, running on a schedule you set. Then a printed handout that reruns every step from scratch. The complete File Pack, plain text and yours to edit. Last, the session recording. Plus the five patterns, which are the part that outlives this particular system.

Will it send emails on my behalf?

Never. Everything the system produces is a draft. You read every message and press send yourself. That rule is written into the system's files and you will see exactly where it lives, because we build that file together.

What if something breaks?

Two answers. During the session, we stop and fix it, and I run the entire build myself the same day as your session specifically so that broken pastes get caught before you hit them. After the session, the File Pack is plain text and almost every problem is a two-minute fix documented in the handout. Cohort seats include two weeks of email support. Working Session buyers get a week-two call. Build-Along participants get the handout troubleshooting section and the recording.

Is the session recorded, and do I get the recording?

Every session is recorded and every participant gets it. During founding week the recording goes to attendees only, because the live room is where the value is and I would rather protect the reason to show up. Recordings stay available to you permanently.

More questions
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 48 hours before your session and you get a full refund or a transfer to a later date. Inside 48 hours we will move you to another session, since the seat cannot be resold that late. The completion guarantee is separate and sits above the prices: the system runs by the end of the session, or the seat is free.

How is this different from a prompt-engineering course?

A prompt course teaches you to write better instructions to a chat box. You leave with better questions. Here you leave with software: multiple agents, a schedule, a memory file, and a ledger, running on your machine without you starting the conversation. The five patterns are software architecture taught in plain language, not phrasing tips.

How much time does the system need after the session?

Ten to fifteen minutes a morning. The system runs on its schedule, produces its findings and its drafts, and waits. Your job is reading, approving, and pressing send. Most people also do a ten-minute Friday review, which we teach in the session, to cut what produced nothing and expand what produced replies.

Can I take more than one track?

Yes, and several people have. The second track is faster because the architecture is identical and only the sources and the specialists change. Email me and I will price the pair rather than charging you twice for the same first hour.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop, the free Claude Desktop app, a paid Claude plan, and for the job track a Gmail account if you want drafts delivered ready to send. Setup gets covered in a prep email 24 hours out, about ten minutes of work. Nothing else.

How many people are actually in the room?

Ten in a Build-Along, four in a Cohort, one in a Working Session. Those caps are hard. When a format shows as full it is full.

For teams

Running this for a team, or for people you are letting go?

Sales teams, marketing teams and agencies, and outplacement for departing employees each have their own version. Pricing depends on headcount, tracks, and whether you want a custom skill built for your business.

Sessions are full, or the timing is wrong. Get on the September list.

September dates go out to this list first, before anything is posted publicly. First pick of dates and formats, which matters most for the one-per-week Working Session slots.

Every week without a system is a week those answers come from someone else.

The groundbreakings keep happening. Funding rounds keep closing. New leaders keep taking over, and every one gets a note from somebody in their first month.

Two hours from now you could have a system that finds them for you every morning. Taught by Michael J. Goldrich, founder of Vivander Advisors, who teaches agentic workflows to groups including the AHLA Global Technology 100. The campaign that brought you here was drafted by the Story-Scout system, and the corporate buyers on his list were surfaced by the prospecting one.
